It’s been a nice week because I got more letters from my family and they sent me some birthday cards. I was reading them and wanted to cry, but I didn’t.
My mom told me my PO is goin’ to retire in a week so she goin’ to do my report on this court date and be done after that. I don’t want a new PO, I been with this PO since I was a little kid and I feel like this new PO is just goinn’ to think I’m a bad kid based on my history and she or he is going to meet me and talk to me and still think I’m a bad kid. I hate how my PO is retiring when I have such a serious case I want her to say I’m a good kid because I am.
My mom said she is going to meet with my PO this Monday and my PO is going to tell my mom who might be my new PO. I can’t wait to be honest, I’m waiting to see who it is. I’m not going to find out till a couple days later because I’ll get my phone call then. Hopefully this new P.O. puts a good word in for me and ask the judge for me to get out when I’m 25. I just had a bad feeling that he/she might not. I got court in two days. Now my whole family is going to come to court, so it will be good to see them all. I aint got nothing to say, soI’ll write again after the court. Thanks Beat Within for everything! –
I had court today. I guess it’s going to be waiving time again, because they just got my medical history and need time to go over it. I have court again in a few weeks around, not that far. I’m going to have a Zoom (meeting/court date). The judge said it was good. My mom said she goin’ to get a cake and say happy birthday through the Zoom, I have it at 6, can’t wait! It’s 5 right now. I have an hour ‘till I see my family. I am happy they put it more back because I can think more till my transfer hearing. I hope the judge shows me mercy and gives me juvenile court so I can be with my family.
Some staff gave me chips for my birthday, thankful for that. I also thank the Lord for another year. I could of died, you just never know. A teacher here gave me a birthday card saying happy birthday and some good advice. Also, I won bingo as well and got a big bag of chips. I am up right now on stuff.
I have not been reading a lot lately but I been doing word searches a lot. It’s been a cool week.
I am a KP this week and I can be out my room longer and help the staff clean, take the trash out, and other stuff. After I am done I can watch YouTube.
I talked to my mom today. My second oldest sister barely started driving not too long ago. My mom said when she was going to work my sister called my mom and said she hit another car, well not her, the other driver hit her in the back bumper. She said her back bumper is hella messed up and the other person’s car is not working anymore but they didn’t get hurt too bad. They traded info and that was it.
I seen my family on Zoom yesterday and they sang happy birthday to me with a cake, I felt real bad my mom was crying and I started to cry with her.
