It also shows tough love because you can’t always trust family either, so you might have to put up your guard on that. You’re going to love really hard with whoever you really do trust. That gives you a positive outlook on life itself. You need to prepare yourself for disappointments and people failing you.
You’re not always going to have those people you trust in your life, so you need to prepare for that aspect. Not only yourself, but maybe your future kids or even your siblings. You could teach others who you may not trust that technique as well as yourself. I’ve learned a lot throughout my life.
I always have my guard up no matter who it is, even with my own family. They have turned their backs on me so many times and I’ve just learned to deal with it.
